CTS LS 800
The LS 800 check reader features everything you need to achieve the highest levels of efficiency and productivity in your back office processing centers — high document capacity, multiple sorting pockets, processing speed of up to 200 documents per minute, and much more. It reads MICR, OCR, and barcode and captures front and rear images, all in a single pass. It also features endorsing, multiple sorting pockets and intelligent sorting functionality. The LS 800 reads MICR/OCR code lines and barcodes while scanning both sides of the document. It offers superior performance and flexibility in high-volume processing environments. An auto feeder with a 500 document capacity and up to 16 sorting bins (including one for rejects) make it an ideal solution for processing thousands of documents daily. It also features printing a user-definable endorsement on the back of the document and intelligent sorting based on code line information, etc.
Panini S1 Vision 120 & 170
The S1 Vision check processing and scanning device has been designed mainly for branch image capture solutions. The S1 Vision fits neatly on the back counter of most branches, allowing for tellers to have easy access to the device. The S1 Vision check processing solution is easy to use, processes many types of documents and allows for items such as ATM envelopes to be captured.
With its innovative design and superior quality, the S1 Vision check scanner/processor features MICR reading, ink-jet endorsement, four pockets, front and rear image capture, and a document auto feeder. The auto feeder allows for unattended processing of items (unlike normal handfeed check scanners). Because the auto feeder has the capability of handling large batches of work, it is possible to process large commercial deposits as well. With all features included above, the S1 Vision check scanner/processor is a small transport at a width of less than three and a weight of roughly 50 lbs.
The S1 Vision is equipped with the new MICR reading assembly and has been proven as one of the best in the industry with less than .005 percent misreads. The MICR reading head has undergone years of testing and has read many types of code lines. When you pass an item through the S1 Vision, the last thing you will worry about is a misread. The S1 Vision check scanner/processor is also equipped with a front and rear image camera. Each camera has the ability to capture the check in either bitonal (CCIT) or grayscale (JPEG), depending on your requirements. Resolution is adjustable. If you need to capture the best image possible — right down to the dotted "i" — you can do it with 200 dpi resolution. If you simply want to read the majority of the check and keep file size down, select the 100 dpi resolution. The ink-jet endorsement on the S1 Vision is capable of printing 54 characters in a single line.
Four pockets are standard on the S1 Vision, and all pockets are motorized to ensure a jam-free operation.
