BackConversion Services

Conversion & Migration Process

  1. You send us a sample of the content you want converted and an approximate volume.
  2. At no cost to you, we process the sample and return it to you along with an estimated cost to complete the services.
  3. You approve the sample and send us all the media to convert.
  4. We complete the job and provide you converted content with several options for storage and retrieval:
    1. Place the converted data in a new Goldleaf standalone archive where all content can be easily searched and retrieved with our Image & Report Viewers.
    2. Request Goldleaf to format the converted data to ingest into the new system.
    3. Use a combination of (a) and (b) and place the most current data in the new system and the older data in a standalone archive.
